Warranty Policy

At Angara, we take pride in offering exceptional products and services. We stand behind the quality of our jewellery and warrant that all pieces will be free from manufacturing defects. Each piece of jewellery is handcrafted with carefully selected, superior-quality materials and undergoes thorough inspection before shipment. Additionally, we are committed to helping you maintain your jewellery piece for a lifetime.

The following free services are covered under our Lifetime Warranty:
  • Cleaning
  • Re-polishing
  • Gemstone and/or diamond tightening
  • Re-rhodium plating
The Lifetime Warranty does not cover repair and maintenance for:
  1. Bends, chips, damages, deformation, dents, scratches, etc., caused by accidents, misuse or negligent use of the product.
  2. Wear and tear and lost or missing stones and parts of the jewellery caused due to inappropriate, improper or abnormal use of the product.

Further, the nature of the jewellery piece such as slight imperfections or variations due to handcrafting and innate properties of the metal or gemstone such as colour, inclusions, etc. are not manufacturing defects and will not be covered under Lifetime Warranty.

The Lifetime Warranty will also be void if any repair, resizing, engraving, etc., is done on your piece by any jeweller other than Angara.

If there is a problem with your jewellery or if you need to use any other service that is not covered under our Lifetime Warranty, you may return the product to us along with all the loose parts (if any) for inspection. Once the evaluation is complete, we will notify you of the service charges (if applicable) before repairing your jewellery. For more details on the repair and resizing policy, click here.


Repairing damaged jewellery often involves techniques such as soldering, resizing or reshaping, which can result in the removal of small quantities of metal. These processes may be necessary to restore the jewellery’s structural integrity or to address specific issues.

By authorising the repair of your jewellery, you acknowledge that some metal loss may occur during the process. However, we assure you that our experienced artisans will exercise their best judgement and skills to ensure a high-quality repair.

The shipping charges for sending in your Angara products for any of the services mentioned above will be your responsibility. To ensure the safety of your products, it is advisable to send them through insured shipment.
