What Can't Be Returned or Exchanged?

Personalised Pieces: Engraved or customised jewellery and gold coins can't be returned or exchanged. 

Previously Worn Items: We can't accept jewellery that's been damaged, modified, or shows signs of wear.

What to Include in Your Return? 

Please return all items that came with your original purchase, including:

  • Free gifts
  • Certificates
  • Add-ons
  • Packaging
  • Accessories, etc.

If any of these items are missing, we may charge a suitable fee.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange?

We make it easy to return or exchange your jewellery!  Simply contact our customer support team through:

Once we hear from you, we'll arrange a convenient pickup of your return shipment directly from your location.  

Note: We will make two pickup attempts. If the courier partner is unable to collect the shipment, you'll be responsible for sending the return package back to us at:

Please ensure that your shipment is securely packed. Also, we request that you record a video of the whole packing process. 

Processing Your Return

Once we receive your return, our Quality Assurance team will inspect the items within 2-4 business days.  We'll then process your return or exchange request promptly.

Refund:

We want to make sure you're happy with your Angara shopping experience. If you return an item within our 15-day return window from the delivery date, we'll process a full refund to your original payment method.  Here are a few things to keep in mind:

Processing Time: Allow up to 8-12 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

  • Partial Orders: If you return some items from an order, you'll only be refunded for the returned pieces.
  • Condition: We can't accept returns for jewellery that's been damaged, modified, or shows signs of being worn. In these cases, we'll have to ship the item back to you without a refund.
  • Certificates: Please make sure to return all certificates along with your jewellery. Missing certificates may result in a deduction of ₹500 to ₹3000, depending on the certificate's cost.

Exchange:


Looking to exchange an item for something different?  No problem! 

Simply follow these steps:

Step 2: Let us know what you'd like to exchange your item for.

Step 3: We'll arrange a FREE pickup of your return shipment from the address on your original order.

Step 4: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it.

Exchange Success! If everything is in order, we'll ship your new piece of jewellery to you.

Note: If the returned item fails inspection, we'll unfortunately have to send it back.

I purchased the 1/3 carat diamond hoops in yellow gold and was amazed at the fantastic quality and beauty of them. I have worn them every day and night since I got them in October. I love(d) them so much that I purchased a pair of the same style, but in the 3/4 carat size right after I received them! I have 3 piercing in each ear, so I wear them next to each other and they are just what I have been looking for for many many years. I am the worst jewelry snob ever. Then, I lost a pair of ultra expensive gold and diamonds hoops. There is no way I can replace them. I felt, more hurt, than I should have…right? They are only things, after all. I tried getting over it, praying about it, talking to myself about being such a baby. …but I knew I wasn’t going to get over it, or be able to replace them.
I had seen the ads about Angara and looked at what they offered, over the last year. They had nice items to offer, but SI2 diamonds? I decided to read about SI2 diamonds. Who would want them? I kept reading, the more I read, the more I thought, why not.
So, I took a chance, hoping I would not regret it. All the time waiting for them to come, I was nervous, but excited.
Ohhhh my, when I opened the box, I was blown away! Honestly, the earrings were/are stunning. I love them.
They won’t take the place of my other diamonds, but I don’t feel the loss of them now.
I wear them every day, with joy.

Now onto the presentation. The mailing box, looks ordinary, until opened. …even the inside of the box is pretty, with their logos. Next is the actual package and when opened, the jewelry box is nestled neatly inside.
Opening the jewelry box itself, is a delight. There is the star, your piece, lit up by a light shining down, upon it; making it blaze. I was completely taken aback. Really, I must have opened the box several times, just for the brilliance, of the diamonds! (I admit, I still open the jewel box, for the sheer joy of seeing the little light shine, on whatever I put in it. :u1F970:)
…Now, I am able to wear my beautiful earring charms again. This truly makes me happy.

So, about the 4 star review? Is the lack of quality control? One of my earrings, is faulty. The hinge does not stop at the notch. It is able to go as far back as the stones. I was horrified, my piece was broken, until I realized the issue was not major, but still an oversight. It is nothing my jeweler can’t fix.
