What Can't Be Returned or Exchanged?

Personalised Pieces: Engraved or customised jewellery and gold coins can't be returned or exchanged. 

Previously Worn Items: We can't accept jewellery that's been damaged, modified, or shows signs of wear.

What to Include in Your Return? 

Please return all items that came with your original purchase, including:

  • Free gifts
  • Certificates
  • Add-ons
  • Packaging
  • Accessories, etc.

If any of these items are missing, we may charge a suitable fee.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange?

We make it easy to return or exchange your jewellery!  Simply contact our customer support team through:

Once we hear from you, we'll arrange a convenient pickup of your return shipment directly from your location.  

Note: We will make two pickup attempts. If the courier partner is unable to collect the shipment, you'll be responsible for sending the return package back to us at:

Please ensure that your shipment is securely packed. Also, we request that you record a video of the whole packing process. 

Processing Your Return

Once we receive your return, our Quality Assurance team will inspect the items within 2-4 business days.  We'll then process your return or exchange request promptly.

Refund:

We want to make sure you're happy with your Angara shopping experience. If you return an item within our 15-day return window from the delivery date, we'll process a full refund to your original payment method.  Here are a few things to keep in mind:

Processing Time: Allow up to 8-12 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

  • Partial Orders: If you return some items from an order, you'll only be refunded for the returned pieces.
  • Condition: We can't accept returns for jewellery that's been damaged, modified, or shows signs of being worn. In these cases, we'll have to ship the item back to you without a refund.
  • Certificates: Please make sure to return all certificates along with your jewellery. Missing certificates may result in a deduction of ₹500 to ₹3000, depending on the certificate's cost.

Exchange:


Looking to exchange an item for something different?  No problem! 

Simply follow these steps:

Step 2: Let us know what you'd like to exchange your item for.

Step 3: We'll arrange a FREE pickup of your return shipment from the address on your original order.

Step 4: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it.

Exchange Success! If everything is in order, we'll ship your new piece of jewellery to you.

Note: If the returned item fails inspection, we'll unfortunately have to send it back.

I don't know where to begin. It took over 2-3 weeks AFTER the estimated shipping date for my product to arrive. Upon asking about the whereabouts of my products, they told me they'd get back to me within 24 hours. One day goes by, and no response. I check up by asking, and they STILL don't respond. This goes on for a LONG time, and I'm left wondering if the product I paid for is even coming.

I also had to give up my credit card information, as well as both sides of my driver's license to get this product. They had me take a picture of both sides of my card, too.
