Delivery Time for Domestic Orders
Your order will be shipped within 7-8 business days. Delivery may take 2-5 days based on your location.
Please note, that certification (if selected) adds an additional 3 days to the shipping timeline.

Delivery Locations:
For security reasons, we can't deliver to public places like malls, hotels, or restaurants.Β Please provide a secure delivery location like your home or office.
What Happens if You're Out:
The courier company will try to deliver your package three times.Β If you're unreachable after those attempts, the package will be returned to us.
Be Ready for ID Verification:
To ensure the package reaches the right hands, the courier may ask for one of these forms of ID upon delivery:

- Driver's License
- Passport
- Voter ID Card
- Aadhaar Card (Unique Identification Card)

- Something's not right? If the packaging appears tampered with or damaged, or if the contents seem incorrect (missing items, wrong item, etc.), kindly refuse the delivery.
- Important: To expedite the resolution process, please record a video while opening the package and highlighting any discrepancies.Β
Reporting Discrepancies:

What Can't Be Returned or Exchanged?
Personalised Pieces: Engraved jewellery pieces can't be returned or exchanged.
Gold Coins or Bullions: Gold coins or bullions of any denomination can't be returned or exchanged.Β
Custom Orders: All custom-made jewellery pieces are non-returnable (non-refundable) as they are crafted on special requests βonly for youβ.
But don't worry! For ring orders, weβre happy to offer one free ring resizing within 15 days of delivery if it doesn't fit perfectly. There might be a small charge for significant size adjustments based on our resizing policy.
Previously Worn Items: We can't accept jewellery that's been damaged, modified, or shows signs of wear.

If any of these items are missing, we may charge a suitable fee.

Condition: We can't accept returns for jewellery that's been damaged, modified, or shows signs of being worn. In these cases, we'll have to ship the item back to you without a refund.
- Certificates: Please make sure to return all certificates along with your jewellery. Missing certificates may result in a deduction of βΉ500 to βΉ3000, depending on the certificate's cost.

Step 2: Let us know what you'd like to exchange your item for.
Step 3: We'll arrange a FREE pickup of your return shipment from the address on your original order.

Exchange Success! If everything is in order, we'll ship your new piece of jewellery to you.
Note: If the returned item fails inspection, we'll unfortunately have to send it back.
