We want to get your beautiful Angara treasure to you quickly and securely!  Here's some important information about delivery locations and what to expect:

Delivery Locations:

For security reasons, we can't deliver to public places like malls, hotels, or restaurants.  Please provide a secure delivery location like your home or office.

What Happens if You're Out:

The courier company will try to deliver your package three times.  If you're unreachable after those attempts, the package will be returned to us.

Be Ready for ID Verification:

To ensure the package reaches the right hands, the courier may ask for one of these forms of ID upon delivery:

  • PAN Card
  • Driver's License
  • Passport
  • Voter ID Card
  • Aadhaar Card (Unique Identification Card)


Delivering to Your Office?

If you're sending your package to your workplace, it is advisable to include the following information to avoid delays:

  • Department details
  • Employee number
  • Direct landline phone number

Damaged or Missing Items? Don't Accept!

  • Something's not right? If the packaging appears tampered with or damaged, or if the contents seem incorrect (missing items, wrong item, etc.), kindly refuse the delivery.
  • Important: To expedite the resolution process, please record a video while opening the package and highlighting any discrepancies. 


Reporting Discrepancies:

If you discover any issues after accepting the delivery, contact us immediately at +91-9001001313 or india.support@angara.com. Please include your video recording in the email.

  • Please note: To ensure a smooth resolution, we kindly ask that you report any discrepancies within a reasonable timeframe of receiving the package. Unfortunately, delays in reporting may limit our ability to assist you.

We want your shopping experience with us to be delightful and nothing short of extraordinary. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery, with  FREE return shipping (free pick-up and delivery) on all orders.

What Can't Be Returned or Exchanged?

Personalised Pieces: Engraved jewellery pieces can't be returned or exchanged.

Gold Coins or Bullions: Gold coins or bullions of any denomination can't be returned or exchanged. 

Custom Orders: All custom-made jewellery pieces are non-returnable (non-refundable) as they are crafted on special requests ‘only for you’.

But don't worry! For ring orders, we’re happy to offer one free ring resizing within 15 days of delivery if it doesn't fit perfectly. There might be a small charge for significant size adjustments based on our resizing policy.

Previously Worn Items: We can't accept jewellery that's been damaged, modified, or shows signs of wear.

What to Include in Your Return? 

Please return all items that came with your original purchase, including:

  • Certificates
  • Add-ons
  • Packaging
  • Accessories, etc.

If any of these items are missing, we may charge a suitable fee.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange?

Once we hear from you, we'll arrange a convenient pickup of your return shipment directly from your location.  

Note: We will make two pickup attempts. If the courier partner is unable to collect the shipment, you'll be responsible for sending the return package back to us at:

Processing Your Return

Once we receive your return, our Quality Assurance team will inspect the items within 2-4 business days.  We'll then process your return or exchange request promptly.

Refund:

We want to make sure you're happy with your Angara shopping experience. If you return an item within our 15-day return window from the delivery date, we'll process a full refund to your original payment method.  Here are a few things to keep in mind:

Processing Time: Allow up to 8-12 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

  • Partial Orders: If you return some items from an order, you'll only be refunded for the returned pieces.
  • Condition: We can't accept returns for jewellery that's been damaged, modified, or shows signs of being worn. In these cases, we'll have to ship the item back to you without a refund.
  • Certificates: Please make sure to return all certificates along with your jewellery. Missing certificates may result in a deduction of ₹500 to ₹3000, depending on the certificate's cost.

Exchange:


Looking to exchange an item for something different?  No problem! 

Simply follow these steps:

Step 2: Let us know what you'd like to exchange your item for.

Step 3: We'll arrange a FREE pickup of your return shipment from the address on your original order.

Step 4: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it.

Exchange Success! If everything is in order, we'll ship your new piece of jewellery to you.

Note: If the returned item fails inspection, we'll unfortunately have to send it back.

These earrings are quite pretty, and look beautiful with my Ruby pendant. I consider them to be great value and a handsome addition to my jewelry collection. And the case containing the earrings deserves to be mentioned, and it displays the earring set very well, especially with the enclosed light.

Bought these for my wife for our 40th anniversary (ruby). They are beautiful. I’m happy with the price, design and quality.
The delivery process was somewhat disappointing. The web page indicated delivery on a Friday if ordered by a certain time, which I did but missed adding expedited shipping at check out. The checkout process did not highlight shipping options. I called the customer service number to add and pay for expedited shipping. The CSR said he added it at no charge. Once the order processed, the delivery date was for the following Tues/Wed. I contacted customer service again, this CSR told me there was nothing he could do, when I pressed he said he needed to contact another department and would get back to me, he did not. Since the delivery required an adult signature, I was anticipating being available on Tues/Wed. We celebrated our Sunday anniversary with a hotel stay. I awoke Monday morning to a notification that my package was out for delivery that day. Luckily we got home before FedEx showed up. Wife loved her earrings even though a day late. Manageable delivery information and accurate customer service information would have made this much easier to deal with. Insure id I will shop here again
